Call for Entries: "Motion" Gold Medal Show

California Art League's Annual Gold Medal show is now open for entries until Tuesday, Sept. 3. This year's theme is "Motion" and will be juried by Leah Lopez who is an artist in New York City. Her favored painting medium is oil, and she practices in a classic contemporary style. She teaches a series of ongoing classes in her own atelier, producing luminous figurative, still life, and landscapes. She has been featured in numerous major art magazines, including: Fine Art Connoisseur, Line and Colors, Southwest Art, and American Art Collector. Her memberships and affiliations include: Master Signature Member - American Women Artists, Artist Member - Salmagundi Art Club, Artist Member - Art Students League of New York, Signature Membership - Oil Painters of America. Entries are welcome from CAL members who are current in their membership dues and artists wishing to join CAL as part of the entry process.
